Our platform is a Strategic Initiative to modernize extensive livestock farming in Latin America. It is designed as a Holistic Architecture that solves the three critical barriers to technology adoption in the "Pampa" biome:

By providing the cow with a Digital Passport, we unlock premium market access and collateral-based financing that was previously impossible in extensive ranching.

The Problem: The Connectivity Void
Extensive cattle ranching in South America handles herds of 10,000+ animals across vast basins with zero cellular coverage.
- Passive Tags (RFID) are limited; they only work when the animal passes a specific point.
- Smart Collars (EU Style) have high power consumption and high cost (> $150 USD).
- Satellite Tags are too expensive for a standard steer.
There is no dominant player offering a long-range, mass-deployable tracker for <$50. Our architecture is the first to solve this equation.
Core Platform Architecture
The proposed architecture utilizes a Hybrid Mesh Topology (Cows as Repeaters) to create an autonomous, infrastructure-zero network in the field.
Analogy: The Digital Bucket Brigade Imagine a line of people passing a bucket of water to put out a fire. The furthest person doesn't need to reach the fire truck; they just need to reach their neighbor. In our Mesh, every cow passes the signal to the next, until it reaches the Gateway. This allows a cow 10km away to stay connected without a powerful (expensive) radio.
- Member Devices: Cost-effective sensors (Tags, Boluses, or Hybrid) on 97% of the herd.
- Leader Nodes: Gateways (Solar collars or fixed stations) on 3% of the herd that aggregate data and uplink via Satellite/LTE.

The platform is built on NATS.io, the open source technology revolutionizing modern distributed systems.
