ODM/OEM Manufacturing (The Scale Partners)
Status: Potential technology partners under evaluation for the reference design. For Commercial Pilot Phase, we partner with established ODMs to scale hardware production without incurring massive CapEx.

While components come from China, the Cattle Tracking Platform (JAAB Tech) is the face of the brand.
- Regional RMA: We maintain a buffer stock of replacements in Montevideo/São Paulo.
- Language: Support in Spanish/Portuguese (not Mandarin/English).
- Integration: We handle the firmware, the API, and the government connection. The rancher never talks to the factory.
